Where is my Order?
Our distance learning services are delivered via Zoom. Upon subscribing to a membership you will be contacted by our Enrollment Success Team to pick a class time that works best for your schedule. After you’ve made a selection they will add you to that classes roster so you can begin to receive class messages and invites to sessions.
If your membership class includes a textbook, it will be sent via USPS the following business day. You should receive it within 3 business days of signing up for a membership, a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as we ship.
You might not have a textbook for the first few sessions, that is OK! Your instructor will work around this by providing the necessary content until the textbook is delivered.
We operate a 100% money back guarantee during your first month of service. If our services fail to meet your expectations we will refund you the full amount paid. We ask all customers to give the service at least one week before asking for a refund.
After your first month of service, you need to ask for a refund within 7 days of your renewal payment. For instance if your renewal is Jan 1st, then can ask for a refund through Jan 8th.
